200 years have passed since the explosion of a spatiotemporal vibrating bomb. During this time, some nations have disappeared, while new ones have emerged. The empires of Zafran and Revilla have been engaged in a cold war for many years, which, with the involvement of Revilla's First Minister Kerachi Tornado, has eventually escalated into open confrontation. Fortunately, mechs from the Emano-Chilam conflict have been discovered, and both nations are determined to use them to their advantage. Unwittingly caught up in these events are young cadet Lin, who survived an encounter with enemy mechs, and the half-blood Nataruma, who possesses extrasensory abilities and a notable lineage. They both must stand to defend the Earth and exert all their efforts to prevent the repetition of the 200-year-old catastrophe.
