The first OVA episode will be released in conjunction with the release of the 44th volume of the manga. The limited edition DVD will adapt a side story titled "Face to Face: Ryōsuke Kominato. Special Edition". This spin-off from the main storyline was published in the book "The Way of the Ace. Official Guide", and will reveal unknown facts about the Kominato brothers that were not covered in the anime series.
