Keima Katsuragi planned to spend the entire summer vacation playing video games. However, an unexpected visit from Tenri Ayukawa, a childhood friend who used to live next door, significantly altered his flawless plan. Moreover, Keima does not remember the girl, and she also claims to have no recollection of being acquainted with him. Though the issue seemed resolved, Tenri begins to behave strangely, suggesting the involvement of a mischievous spirit. Puzzled by this, Keima decides to find the answer. Two additional episodes were released along with the nineteenth volume of the original manga "The World God Only Knows".
