Юко Кусака, a Japanese journalist, has arrived in Brazil to write an article about the gold rush. She also hopes to meet the famous gold prospector named Rio Barak, who is rumored to be somewhere in the Amazon forests. Upon arrival at their destination, Yuuko and her team are attacked by local bandits, but they are suddenly saved by a gray-haired man with a scar - Keisuke Ibaraki.
