A private detective named Goku Fuurinji has taken on a new case. He has agreed to help the mysterious woman Ryoko Kadoma find and rescue her brother Ryuu Kadoma, who has become the subject of a military experiment to develop a new weapon. The experimental interference has resulted in Ryuu nearly completely losing his human essence, transforming him into an uncontrollable killing machine. Can Goku kill the person he is meant to save?
