Фанис Ламинитус

Циркон, a city with no anti-magic barrier, is led by a beautiful and skilled military commander named Fánis. She is a hardened and calculating leader, but cares deeply for her subordinates. Fánis relies solely on her own abilities and does not believe in the church. She has little respect for the king, who has done nothing to protect the city and has never visited. Fánis is willing to go to great lengths to defend her city, and after witnessing Diablo's power, she attempted to seduce him in order to keep him in the city.
