Ичиро's father was once a developer of players, but after a player uprising, he decided to expose the company. Upon the order of Mitsugaya, he was buried alive in a laboratory. These events caused Jiro to reconsider his views and switch to the players' side. He tested Koga several times, killing many innocent girls in the process. Ultimately, he was killed by Koga.
