Юдзуки's twin brother. He gave his sister a deck of "WIXOSS," effectively making her a selector. He helps Yudzuki plan her battle strategy and pursue her dream, although he is unaware of what Yudzuki truly desires. He is one of the few ordinary people who know about the existence of selectors. When Hanayo confesses her love to him while in Yudzuki's body, fulfilling the selector's wish, Kazuki reciprocates and starts dating her, unaware that his sister has actually become an LRIG.
