A resident of the Flower Capital in the country of Wano. A landowner who once possessed the blueprints of Kaido's mansion on Onigashima, which he passed on to a geisha to express his gratitude. He obtained the blueprints as payment from the tenant Kumagoro, who was unable to pay the rent in cash.
