The archbishop of the Anglican Church and the head of Necessarius. As the archbishop of the entire Christian denomination and the head of its secret anti-magic organization, she is one of the most politically influential characters in the plot. This, combined with her cunning nature, allows her to manipulate political intrigues between various Christian denominations, authorities in the United Kingdom, and those outside of it, particularly in Academy City. Due to her ambiguous nature, she is at odds with other characters, despite her alliances. An example of this is that she ordered the magical collar to be placed on Index and deceived Touma Kamijou and Kaori Kanzaki, making them believe that Index requires annual memory erasures.
