Seductress who surrounds herself with the youngest and most beautiful students of the academy. She has three limiters under her control. Although she calls herself the "Liberator from Virtue," Miyabi is better known by the derogatory nickname "Devourer of Limiters," as by seducing a new limiter, she has to take the stigma given during the "baptism" ritual from one of the three already under her control, thereby "exorcising" the limiter. Her volt weapon is "self-guiding daggers," several daggers that she remotely controls. She tracks down Kazuya and tries to make him her limiter, but he resists this, leading to a confrontation between Miyabi and the Untouchable Queen. After her victory, Miyabi and her limiters humiliate Satellizer and try to make a laughingstock of her in front of the entire academy, leading Kazuya to activate his "freezing" ability, immobilizing them. Kazuya stops Satellizer from exacting final retribution, "freezing" her and asking her to show mercy. This clash later led to a confrontation between third-year students and Satellizer.
