Neko Ark is a black-colored character who first appeared in Carnival Phantasm. He is an otaku who is extremely obsessed with the Lunar Princess. Unlike the four other Neko Arks from Anenerbе, he is not part of their group. Despite the fact that he speaks familiarly with them, they have no idea who he is.
