Хироми's classmate, known by the nickname "Bud," is a voyeuristic photographer who frequently gets himself into trouble. He is obsessed with supernatural stories and is a permanent member of Princess Sherwood's expeditions. While stalking Raire, he discovered that she is a vampire. He also accidentally stumbled upon a cemetery of the living dead and a flying saucer. After an alien temporarily took over his body, he gained the ability to generate force fields from his palms.
