Re-Destro, the leader of the Meta Liberation Army, is a highly intelligent and eloquent individual. Inspired by the writings of Destro, he and his organization fight for the unrestricted use of quirks, limited only by moral standards. As the son of Destro, after a battle with Tomura Shigaraki, he witnesses Shigaraki's true potential and proposes to merge their organizations, with Shigaraki as the leader, forming the "Paranormal Liberation Front." Re-Destro's quirk, "Stress," allows him to accumulate negative emotions and transform them into immense physical strength. When activated, his body becomes heavily deformed and increases in size.
