Хиёри's best friend and classmate. She was the first person to advise Хиёри to be more social and start attending school again. Хиёри calls her "Ри-чан". Ritsuka's most notable feature is her twin red tails. She is a member of the archery club. She wants to find a guy who "won't die even if an arrow pierces his heart". She was very popular with boys in middle school.
