Sakie, a student in the 3rd grade of Class A, leads the Disciplinary Committee, which is tasked with overseeing first-year students. She is half-Japanese and half-German, and is not only physically beautiful, but also an extremely charismatic person who attracts people to her, with many students admiring her. Before coming to Purgatory Academy, she was a serial killer who took the lives of more than twenty people, making her the record holder for the most murders among all students. She claims that after studying at Purgatory Academy for less than three years, she has cleansed herself both physically and spiritually and wishes the same for all first-year students. It later emerges that killing people had become a hobby for Sakie. Despite her family never mistreating her and loving her dearly, she became interested in murder. She enthusiastically studied various methods of killing and eagerly put them into practice. She even killed her own parents, despite loving them deeply. As a member of the Disciplinary Committee, she is allowed to carry a weapon, which she hides under her skirt, a machete. During the prison camp, a conflict arose between Sakie and Kyosuke Kamiya's group, and Sakie decided to kill all of his friends, but was prevented from completing her plan due to the intervention of Renko Hikawa. She nearly died at the hands of Renko, but was saved by Kyosuke. After this, Sakie fell in love with the young man.
