Ганта Игараси's mother. Together with Rintarou Hagire, she conducted experiments on Shiro and created the Misfit Egg, Shiro's second personality. Realizing the monster they had created, she created the "Mother Goose" system to suppress Shiro's desire to kill. She committed suicide to ensure that the secret of "Mother Goose" would never be revealed.
