Такэя Оогами

Мисао's older brother and a member of the Kannagi clan. He was tasked with bringing Kazuma in for a discussion after several murders in the Kannagi clan. Takeya was prepared for a peaceful conversation with Kazuma, but his partner wanted to avenge his brother's death and attacked Kazuma. Kazuma easily deflected the attack. Ryuya was killed along with his partner.
