The boy has the ability to possess the bodies of others. His father, a jewel thief, forced him to swallow one of the stolen gems before being arrested by the police. The gem implanted in the boy's forehead gave him supernatural abilities. After his father's arrest, Timoty was sent to an orphanage that was struggling to make ends meet. To raise money for the orphanage, the boy used his powers to steal valuables from Parisian museums under the guise of the "Phantom Thief G". It was later discovered that Timoty's abilities were due to his compatibility with a parasitic type of Innocence, and he was attacked by an Akuma. During the battle, the Innocence awakened, and its true potential allowed Timoty to possess the Akuma and use their powers to fight. After the incident at the orphanage, he agreed to join the Black Order, but demanded compensation for the material damage he had caused as the "Phantom Thief G". He later became a student of Cloud Nine.
