Ёсукэ Суруга is an ordinary high school student who lives in the city of Miyakono. One day, he accidentally breaks the seal on a temple, freeing a deity that guards the city. The city is then attacked by a series of Kenzoku monsters. In order to protect the innocent people of the city, Ёсукэ must fight these monsters using the abilities granted to him by the deity Suzaku. He is assisted in this difficult task by a girl named Ёмоги Инаба, who possesses supernatural powers.
