Manabizaki Kyo, a studious student who spends too much time with his textbooks, dreams of attending the prestigious University of Tokyo and then working at NASA. However, upon enrolling in what was once a prestigious school, he finds himself amidst a group of delinquents from various nearby schools. This place has become a hotbed of violence, with gangs running rampant. Fortunately, Manabizaki is surprisingly adept at fighting, especially when it comes to protecting the valuable time he dedicates to his studies. Through his strength, he soon finds new friends - the timid Iwashida and the legendary rebel Hasuno Nene, who will evoke feelings in him that defy explanation.
